The sun-god was good to us on day 3, and we headed to Leisure Bay Beach for the day.

My daughter home schools my grandchildren, so when there’s a way to show them something interesting or educational, she takes the opportunity. This time it was a dead fish that helped supply the lesson.

The kids and I had fun making splashes using a 2l plastic bottle.

These 3 old gals were having a ball in the waves. They were sisters and had been holidaying together for years.

Only 1 still had a husband alive and he was the guardian of the towels.

A fun day of sun, sea and sand; and making good memories.

Oh, to be by the sea again. Interesting “tear drop”. How did you find out about the 3 old ladies and the towel guard. Knowing you, you would of struck up a conversation. As usual, lovely photos.
